Hi, we’re Jim and Meghan!

We’re a husband-and-wife team who started Dipsy in 2017 with one ice cream cart and a love for hand-dipped treats. Since then we’ve added a second cart, a delivery service, a full ice cream kitchen for parties and classes, and now a shop, all based in Elmhurst, IL. However you like your ice cream, we’d love to make it for you!

Having Dipsy Desserts was such a fun and unique dessert idea and our guests absolutely loved it! The ice cream bars are delicious and you get to pick a few flavors of ice cream, dipping chocolate sauce, a few topping choices, and sauce drizzles! The ice cream bars are also the perfect size to enjoy, not too big, not too small! Meghan was incredible to work with for planning and made the entire process so seamless and easy!
